GOJOJO Ventures Private limited is the owner of brand GOJOJO.IN. The company operates as an e-commerce aggregation Platform of Mobile and tablet accessories and other incidental electronic products where sellers of all over India can list their products and use the platform to sell on a pan India basis. All the products listed on the website go through strict Quality Check and passes from different parameters of Quality control by the company in order to ensure best shopping experience for its user. But since it is an aggregation platform it's not possible to do a detailed quality check of every product that gets listed on website under different categories and hence in order to fulfill customer endeavor company commits to provide most genuine and hassle-free refund policy and procedures.

Company introduces hassle free return policy for the customers in the circumstances they do not receive the product they ordered from gojojo.in.

Section 1: Circumstances Company will entertain Refund Request

In general, customer will be eligible to book refund request in the following circumstances. When the product:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged

  • Has missing parts or accessories

  • Is different from what was ordered

Section 2: CONDITION IN WHICH GOODS TO BE REFUNDED

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

Section 3: TIME FRAME FOR INTITAING REFUND REQUEST

Since the company deals in Mobile and tablet accessories, company undertakes ample precaution to deliver opted product with no comprise of quality and Quantity but if somehow customer receives PRODUCT that comes under circumstances of section 1, User needs to BOOK REFUND REQUEST within 1 hour of receiving the product or receiving intimation email from company whichever is earlier. Refund of Request can be booked through writing mail at refund@gojojo.in Or by simply logging into the account and booking refund from dashboard. Customer gets Temporary refund ticket number for future reference.

It is Pertinent to mention here that any REFUND REQUEST booked after 1 hour of receiving the product OR receiving mail underlining the confirmation of product delivered, that will be treated as null and void request and no further refund or replacement claim shall be entertained by the Company.

Section 4: Process of Initiating Refund Process after BOOKING REFUND REQUEST

  1. In case Of Broken/defective Product-

    It’s mandatory for the customers, that at the of booking “REFUND REQUEST” to attach 2-3 product IMAGES or unboxing video (optional) as an attachment in the case of email or upload the images or video at the time of booking refund Request through dashboard of gojojo.in. Above mentioned Images or Unboxing Video must highlight the damaged portion inherited in the product at the time of receiving or unboxing the product from company’s logistic agent. REFUND REQUEST has to be made within specified time frame mentioned in Section -3 i.e. within 1 hour of receiving the product or receiving an email confirmation from company side whichever is earlier.

  2. In case of different Product than Opted-

    Its mandatory for Customers , while booking the “REFUND REQUEST” to attach 2-3 product IMAGES or unboxing video (optional) as an attachment in the case of email or upload the images or video in case of booking refund Request through dashboard of gojojo.in and screen shot of actual ordered product from dashboard within specified time frame mentioned in Section -3 i.e. within 1 hour of receiving the product or receiving email confirmation from company’s side, whichever is earlier.


    Returns Pick-Up and Processing

    During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions.

    1. Correct Product

      IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

    2. Complete Product

      All in-box accessories (like starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

    3. Unused Product

      The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

    4. Undamaged Product

      The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

    5. Undamaged Packaging

      Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged. The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

  • For Android smartphones, our Returns Centre will prompt you to download the Smartchk app to diagnose issues with a defective smartphone. We'll provide a resolution on the basis of the Smartchk app diagnostic results.
  • In some cases, if you report an issue with your smartphone, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician's evaluation report, we'll provide a resolution.
Mobile Accessories 7 Days; Replacement/Refund
  • Screen guards, screen protectors and tempered glasses are non-returnable.
Used Mobiles, Tablets 7 Days; Refund only
  • Refunds applicable only if it has been determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is different from what was shipped to you.
Mobiles and Tablets with Inspect & Buy label 2 Days; Refund only
  • Refunds will be issued only if it is determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is different from what was shipped to you.
Tablets 7 Days; Replacement only
  • For device-related issues in Apple, Asus, iBall, IKALL, Intex, Lenovo, Micromax, Samsung, Swipe, Datawind and MoreGmax tablets contact the brand directly.
  • For all other brands, please contact us within 10 days.
